Projects

Our research projects use innovative practices to explore new directions for ethnographic research and think differently about methodology. We work across disciplines and partner with other ethnography labs to ask questions like:

What does it mean to do ethnography of / as the political? How do infrastructures become political and what does this tell us about the entangled relationships between those infrastructures and the communities that exist within their orbit?

Our partnerships across the university and beyond allow us to learn and develop skills in areas like drawing ethnography or using sensory ethnographic practices to understand material culture.
